2 1/2 - 3 lbs chicken pieces
1 tsp onion salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 T. lemon juice
2 tsp sugar substitute

- Sprinkle chicken with onion salt and pepper. Place in bowl.
- Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.
- Chill 3 hours turning often.
- Place chicken on rack in broiler and brush with marinade.
- Broil about 4 in from heat for 25 minutes.
- Brush with marinade several times.
- Turn once during broiling.
